RFQ AMENDMENT 02 (ISSUED 13 MARCH 2020): The purpose of this RFQ Amendment is to remove references to "exact dates" from the Ordering Period language w ithin the Contract Line Items (CLINs). The ordering period will be three (3) years from date of award. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see Amendment 02 attachments (Revised SF1449 and SF30). RFQ AMENDMENT 01 (ISSUED 12 MARCH 2020): The purpose of this RFQ Amendment is to: 1) provide Government responses to timely industry questions received; 2) revise some CLIN SKU numbers/descriptions based on questions received; 3) add CLIN 0028; and 4) extend the due date and time for receipt of quotes to 23 March 2020 at 12:00 pm ET. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the attached SF1449. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation M00263-20-Q-1001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are requested in response to this written snyposis/solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 and DFARS publication notice 20200114. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain specific brand name VoIP Equipment (a copy of the brand name justification is attached) over a three (3) year ordering period. Requirement and full specifications are defined in Sections B and C of the attached SF1449. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334210 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is issued under full and open competition. All applicable FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses are contained in the attached SF1449.
