Instructions to Offerors The Regional Contracting Office, Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for bleachers' enclosures and installation. The current bleachers have vinyl enclosures that shall be replaced. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920 and the business standard is 750. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions are contained in the SF 1449. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the SF 1449.
