This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00263-19-Q-1010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The request for quote procedures are in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and DFARS Publication 2018103119.. 8th Marine Corps District (8MCD) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for. EMV Hummer Engine Conversion Repair. This is a 100% Small Business set aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811111 with a size standard of $7.5 million. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M00263-19-Q-1010 attached to this synopsis. Offeror responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR Part 12. The basis for the award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Prospective contractor shall have satisfactory past performance. Technical Acceptability is defined as meeting all specifications. You must address each specification and each deliverable. Quotes shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. The lowest-priced quotation shall be evaluated first. If the lowest-priced quotation is technically acceptable, no other quotations will be evaluated. The contract award will be awarded from initial offers. There will be no discussions. The offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
