The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair government owned Light Carts at Lincoln Airport. The contractor shall furnish all paints, lubricants, and cleaning supplies to service and maintain the Light Carts. Service maintenance and repair tasks shall be in accordance with the procedures recommended by the manufacturer. A periodic maintenance schedule shall be developed before the start of the contract. The contractor shall comply with manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and national, state and local codes. Operations shall be in accordance with applicable health and safety regulatory agency standards at all times.
