The Government is seeking information on a commercial off-the-shelf, Software-as-a-Service library authentication and electronic resource proxy subscription for one enterprise Program Office instance and eighteen individual library instances. The solution must natively integrate with Ex Libris Alma / Primo VE and preserve existing user access pathways as much as possible. Respondents should identify their capability to provide the COTS solution, their business size standard for NAICS 519290 (Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services), and any applicable past performance.
