The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, seeks lease proposals for approximately 2,300 usable square feet of commercial space within a ¼-mile radius of 160 Winthrop Avenue, Lawrence, MA 01843. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about six Government vehicles during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering water/sewer, CAM, taxes, and insurance, a breakdown bid for the attached construction build-out specs, and proof of active SAM registration with CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier.
