Moody AFB is searching for capable vendors able to fulfill the requirement for 16 Life Raft Survival Desalinators. The product must: be hand-operable, weigh less than 2.5 lbs, dimensions of less than 5"x8"x3", resistant to storage temperatures of up to 110 degrees F, produce at least 5 gallons of water per day, and be ready to use out of the box. This may be a Brand Name as per Technical Order 14S1-3-51 chapter 7, that specifies the components of the lift raft kits (see attachment). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. This is for market research purposes ONLY and no award is guaranteed as a result of this sources sought.
