This lease of approximately 367 acres at the U.S. Computer and Telecommunications Area master Station in Aguada, Puerto Rico, allows solely for the grazing of livestock. The land is located along the coast of western Puerto Rico, off Route 2, 439, and 441 . The purpose of the lease is to mntain grass, brush, and trees to manageable heights around the property, which affords Naval Radio Transmission Facility (NRTF) Aguada many benefits, including reduced fire risk, clear zones for security, and transmitter grounding system preservation. The initial term of the lease shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning on or about October 15, 2020.
