As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause: AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) The work under this contract shall consist of providing two (2) +/- 2,100 SF temporary modular open office units as well as four (4) 8'X40' CONEX boxes for a lease duration of three (3) years that meet the requirements outlined in Exhibit A & Exhibit B of the Statement of Work, as well as providing all maintenance/repair of the temporary units throughout the lease agreement period. All utility connections for the temporary modular office units are included in the project scope and will be completed by the awarded contractor.
