United States Navy (USN) seeks to lease multiple fully-furnished dwelling units or long-stay hotel rooms under the authority of 10 USC 7572 to house transient military personnel assigned to Mobile, Alabama for various periods of time. This Solicitation is intended to meet the various bachelor quarters requirements aforementioned for a two-year period. The total requirement is not expected to exceed housing for 67 personnel at any one time. Occupancy will begin after leases are awarded and executed. Initial occupancy dates are estimated to be May 26, 2021- September 26, 2021. Initial occupancy requirement is for 67 personnel with intended housing arrangements of three (3) one-bedroom units and a combination of two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units for an estimated total 25-35 units together with a minimum of 1 parking space per one bedroom unit and 1.5 parking spaces per two and three-bedroom unit rounded to the nearest whole parking space as applicable. The government may substitute unit accommodations or configurations at its sole discretion to meet the total occupancy requirement. Further units/rooms may be leased for various occupancy dates through April, 2023.
