NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Switch Assembly, PN 25-74568-1, NSN 5930-00-008-641 The Nuclear Weapons Center Contracting Division, Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, with The Boeing Company. This will be a new contract action with an estimated award date of Sept 2025. Contract deliveries will be made in approximately 18 months after contract award .THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be received prior to 12 Sep 2025, 12:30 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), in writing, to kodi.davis@us.af.mil. Telephone requests will not be honored. ADDITIONAL NOTICE: None.
