Light Armored Vehicle Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC)
The Program Manager Office Light Armored Vehicles (PMO LAV) seeks sources to perform surface preparation and apply Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paints to 180 U.S. Marine Corps Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs). Performance will occur at two locations: 90 vehicles at Camp Pendleton, CA, and 90 vehicles at Twentynine Palms, CA, within 12 months. The contract is anticipated to be awarded around August/September 2026, with a start date in October 2026. Respondents must demonstrate compliance with DFARS clauses for handling controlled technical information and include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for paint and services.
