Design and Renovate the approximately 76,722 square feet, 2nd Floor space to be secure controlled space with predominately open workstation area with secure network server rooms and central core of non-secure controlled space for common areas and circulation. Includes selective demolition of interior walls, repair by replacement interior walls, raised flooring system, ceiling systems, lighting, electrical, HVAC ductwork, plumbing, interior doors and frames, interior finishes including flooring and architectural features, fire alarm upgrade, communication network, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE), and cyber security measures in compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) / Intelligence Community Specification (ICS) 705. Comply with UFC 1-200-02, High Performance and Sustainable Building (HPSB) requirements and document with each design submission using the form provided in Appendix A. This project does require third party certification of the HPSB requirements.
