Interested parties are invited to a site visit for the C-5 Wingstands requirement at Robins Air Force Base, GA 31098, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 8:30 AM EST for about two hours, with the first hour walking the sites and the second hour in conference-room discussions. Attendees must RSVP with full names, birthdates, driver’s license details, email addresses, and phone numbers to Landon Johnson at landon.johnson.6@us.af.mil by no later than 12:30 PM on October 2, 2026. All costs incurred are at the attendee’s expense, and no photos or videos are allowed during the visit. Visitors must arrive at the Robins Air Force Base Visitor’s Center, 70 Watson Blvd, Bldg 218, by 7:45 AM EST, then park between Perry Street and Byron Street and be at the pedestrian bridge over First Street by 8:15 AM EST to be escorted. Required items include a driver’s license, proof of vehicle registration/insurance or rental agreement, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection; questions and requested pictures will be posted with or before the RFQ/RFP release.
