This is a notice of intent that the Operational Maintenance Division at Robins, AFB, Georgia (AFSC/PZIMA) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) where the Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and training for a new shotpeen machine to the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. See PD for full details. This requirement is intended to be issued as a total small business set aside. The USG intends to award a one time supply purchase. We anticipate awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) definitive contract. A solicitation will be issued on or around 30 June 2025. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No foreign companies will be permitted to participate.
