This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The RFQ is being requested for Security Camera install on Vance FB, OK. The full description is listed on the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) and must be reviewed and considered before sending any pricing. Notice to Offerors: This will only be awarded if funding is available. The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, 12 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The location is: VAFB Visitor Center, Bldg. 70. This date/time is subject to change and will be indicated on this notice. To be eligible for award, registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) must be current. To register or update go to www.sam.gov. This proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm fixed price contract and quotations will be evaluated using Best Value/ Technically acceptable to the Government. AFFS will be awarding this project on behalf of the Government. Therefore, vendor paperwork will need to be completed in order to get the awardee set up in system.
