IAW FAR 6.305(a) this Justification and Approval is posted for a period of 30 days. AFLCMC/HBBK award a modification to an existing time and materials contract, FA8730-18-P-0020, to provide additional ceiling for software engineering that shall provide: (1) macro-level architectural solutions of a multi-region cloud based infrastructure, a cross-cutting application and an integration architecture, and data management and analytics architecture, and (2) provide specialized training to the Kessel Run team. The period of performance remains unchanged from the original award. Award to any other source would have resulted in unacceptable delays to providing critical mission capability to the Air Operations Centers (AOCc). A notice of contract action (NOCA) was posted on 8 April 2019 at the following link, and detail the Government's intent for a sole-source modification.
