Government funds will not be available for obligation. Automobile Insurance Services Concessionaire at Kunsan AB -Contract Period- Base year: 01 December 2024 and 30 November 2025. There are Base (1) year and Four (4) optional years extensions available upon agreement by both parties. See Statement of Work for more details. Site Visit: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the price of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The site orientation schedule is as follows: Date and Time: 06 November 2024, 13:00 P.M. Location: Bldg#1104, Kunsan Airbase POC: Mr. Kim, Hun DSN: 315-782-4110 CELL: 010-8645-7031 The attendee must bring a photo identification card (????? ?? ?????). *NOTE: Any Offerors who are interested in participation of the site orientation shall provide a list of attendants’ information (company name, attendant name, address & telephone number) to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Kim, Mi Chin at mi_chin.kim.kr@us.af.mil or Mr. Kang, Kihyun at kihyun.kang.ln@army.mil not later than 13:00 P.M., 05 November 2024. A maximum of two (2) individuals per offeror will be authorized to attend the site orientation. Offerors shall inform the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer if they require an escort or already have post pass(es) to access Kunsan Airbase at the time of submitting the information requested to attend the site orientation.
