This is a RFI, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201. The Government is issuing this RFI in an effort to understand the market’s ability to provide support services with expertise with VMWare vSphere as well as VMWare Tanzu Application Services (TAS, formerly known as PCF). The Government is inquiring about the ability to provide personnel with expertise as an Embedded Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Data Services Engineer, and Platform Product Manager. All team members should be able to thrive in in a balanced team structure (i.e., Product Management, User Centered Design, and Software Development). The Government is most interested in the market’s ability to partner with the Air Force (AF) Kessel Run activity to provide services in the job descriptions provided above that enhance the Kessel Run culture.
