Please provide an explanation. 2. What NAICs and FSC/PSC do you recommend for this? 3. As the requirement is described, what is the estimated costs for such work? 4. Given the complexity and size of the work described in this announcement, if this were put to proposal, does your company plan to submit a proposal in response? 5. Comment on any current or potential technical, cost, schedule, or performance risks that you would like to make the Government aware of that concerns? 6.
