The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 812320, and the small business size standard is $8M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $500.00, and the estimated maximum contract value is $100,000.00. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government. This synopsis is for a FY25 requirement and is not presently funded (subject to availability of funds).
