The work includes procurement of a 4 year maintenance agreement contract with Cadapult FM, with 3 of the years being option years to maintain our current facility maintenance software work order system. This system is required in order for facilities to maintain the DFAS facilities (Building 21 and 21A). This system allows communication with our maintenance contractor, and maintenance work order creation as required by contract.
