The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Within 7 days of contract award, provide one replacement 13 ounce roll and curl resistant vinyl printed banner shipped in a cardboard tube, 33 inches by 80 inches printed surface, custom printed vinyl replacement banners compatible with existing Silver Wings double retractable floor displays. A low resolution graphic is provided as an attachment, high resolution .ai files will be provided after contract award. The gold, black and white portions of the banner must be printed with the following color pantones: Army Gold (Pantone: 123C) Army White (C:0, M:0, Y:0, K:0) Army Black (C:40, M:30, Y:20, K:100) All remaining portions of banner will be printed true to the high resolution file. The physical sample will be used to compare against the required pantones, positioning and print quality. Any re-work for non-conforming printing/print quality will be performed at no additional cost to the Government.
