This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Fort Knox, KY 40121 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Supply and deliver 5,000 pounds (2.0 pound average) of channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) to Fort Knox, Kentucky between 6 - 17 June 2023. Delivery will be made between Monday and Thursday to 6 impoundments. Vendor must notify the Fort Knox Natural Resources Branch of delivery date at least 7-10 days prior to stocking. Catfish will be counted and weighed when delivered and only healthy channel catfish will be accepted; 95% survival rate is expected at delivery., 5000, LBS; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
