DLA Troop Support is seeking sources for KLS Martin cranial and maxillofacial (CMF) procedural packages, including implants, instrumentation sets, and ancillary accessories, all of which must be FDA-approved. The vendor must support surgeries under three delivery methods: Just-In-Time (JIT), Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), and Consignment. The manufacturer is required to provide a qualified field representative on-site at the Medical Treatment Facility for technical guidance before, during, and after implantation, with 24/7 technical support available.
