The 87th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research via a sources-sought/RFI for contractor support of the JB MDL Power in the Pines Open House and Air Show 2027; no solicitation is currently available. The contractor would provide four outdoor daylight-visible LED screens (two at least 22 ft wide and two at least 16 ft wide), turnkey video switching/distribution, HDMI feeds to up to six chalet/VIP TVs, emergency override within 30 seconds, primary and backup generator power, and onsite technical operations, maintenance, and teardown. Performance is at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ, with onsite event support 27–31 May 2027 and an anticipated period of performance of 21 December 2026–31 May 2027. Setup and Thursday testing/verification must be complete by 2000 local time, with full event operations Friday through Sunday from 0900 to 1700 and rapid malfunction restoration expected.
