ASRC, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Federal Field Services, LTD under the BOS contract FA3002-21-C-0003 is contemplating issuing a solicitation for the renovation of Officer Unaccompanied Housing facilities 643 and 644. There will be 2 separate solicitations, one for each of the projects, and two separate awards. The 2 projects are very similar with regards to requirements and condition. The 2 projects will be worked concurrently. Notice to Offeror (s)/Supplier (s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event that the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. AFFS anticipates the solicitation of these projects to be posted within the next 2 weeks. The project titles will be identified as: XTLF 19-1043 Renovate Officer Unaccompanied Housing - F643 XTLF 19-1044 Renovate Officer Unaccompanied Housing - F644
