Disclosure of Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A site visit will be conducted on 24 June 2024 at 10:00 am CST. Participants are to meet at Contracting (Bldg. 242). A valid ID and notification to the contracting office prior to the site visit are required to gain access to the base. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with the contracting office to be escorted onto the base. Pre Solicitation: Synopsis AT-RPR PERIMITER FENCING NORTH RTA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) PSC: N099 Installation of Equipment Miscellaneous 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue an invitation for bid (IFB) for a non-commercial construction of Perimeter Fencing North RTA at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), North Dakota. The contractor shall provide all materials, plans, travel, plant, labor and equipment necessary to construct AT-Repair Perimeter Security Fencing North Side in the general areas of work identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Drawings. A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 30 May 2024. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price contract. The total period of performance, given all options exercised, will be for a period of 120 days post Notice to Proceed (NTP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. A formal IFB will be issued via beta.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking beta.sam.gov to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
