The Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall perform all services, including travel required, to prepare and furnish complete construction documents consisting of contract drawings, technical specifications, design analysis, cost estimate breakdown, and construction schedule as required for the accomplishment of the project. Specifications shall comply with the Federal Affirmative Procurement Program Guide.
