This is a desing build project for the installation of two (2) modular/pre-fabricated tactical sensitive compartmented information facilities (TSCIFs) located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX. The contractgor shall provide 65% and 100% design for the installation of the structural concrete blocks, TSCIFs lay down, communications raceway and electrical connections. Attachments will be provided when the solicitation is posted. Please note, that this is a pre-solicitation.
