AMENDMENT 6 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide an updated to Provision 52.204-24 Representation and Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition and provide Question and Answers (Q&A) response, as attachments four, five, and six respectively to RFQ-JBSAF00184. As per update to the 2019 NDAA, as of 13 August 2020, law requires for an offerors to complete and sign the 52.204-24 Representation, or they cannot be awarded an order per new guidance. Offerors who do NOT provide the representation with their quote will be considered “non-responsive.” The following information is provided: a. Attachment 4: updated Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. b. Attachment 5: updated Clause 52.204-24 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Surveillance Services or Equipment c. Attachment 6: Q&A Response to RFQ JBSAF000184 d. RFQ – JBSAF00184 Conformed Copy, dtd 17 Aug 2020 4. A signed copy of this amendment (0006) shall be submitted with quotes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Dept of the Air Force has a requirement to purchase a barrier netting and replace a broken pole for Fort Sam Houston Golf Course. The following characteristics are needed to support the customer and will be solicited as such: Golf Course Barrier Netting 1620’linear feet of 50’ wide sections of polyester/polyethylene hybrid range barrier netting, able to withstand long periods of high heat, able to withstand dry & arid climates, and minimum 15 year warranty or better. Netting Pole, Class II 30’ wood, pole, embedded sufficiently to support netting and withstand local weather conditions and winds, and tamped to a minimum of 100 PSI. A site visit will be held on 6 August 2020 beginning at 8:3am Central (San Antonio TX local time). All contractors planning to attend must register for the site visit before 11:00 CST on 3 August 2020 by sending an email to the zachary.bowens@us.af.mil and doralo.fuller@us.af.mil. Additional details of the site visit will be forwarded to the registered contractors prior the scheduled date. Participation in the site visit is highly encouraged. Question pertaining to the site visit must be submitted to the zachary.bowens@us.af.mil and doralo.fuller@us.af.mil in writing no later than 10 August 2020. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: zachary.bowens@us.af.mil and doralo.fuller@us.af.mil no later than 12:00pm CST, Wednesday, August 19, 2020 (sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
