This is a design build construction project to install two (2) modular/pre-fabricated tactical sensitive compartemented information facilities (TSCIF) outside of B.4012. The contractor shall provide design of installation of structural concrete blocks, communication raceway and electrical connections. The contractor shall coordinate with the manufacturer on the delivery of two (2) 25,000 lbs units and provide required crane services for lift, and placement of two (2) 25,000 lbs units off of delivery trailer to ground level. The contractor shall use the existing hookups to install additional fiber lines to support 12 drops from the building to the TSCIF encased in rigid ferrous conduit that is permanently sealed at the joint connections. The contractor shall install a raceway of approximately 100 ft. of 1 1/4" rigid on rooftop pipe supports to enclose communication lines. The contractor shall use the existing breaker box to install new electrical consisting of approximately 100 ft. of SO-cord with appropriate enclosure type from building to TSCIFS. Furthermore, the contractor shall provide commercial rated proof sunshade, welding work to meet the requirenment for a tamper proof enclosure, modify existing hardware on the gate, provide poles to be buried and set to provide structural support, obtain a digging permit/utility locates, establish power and communication to the TSCIFs, commission electrical services, run communication lines (Fiber & copper) from B.4012 to the secured space module vault metal structure connection box, provide install, terminate and test fiber optic lines for SIPR and MIPR from B.4012 to the 2 TSCIFs, place tje TSCIFS 5' minumun standoff distance from the existing fence line, seal all utility penetrations to mitigate acoustic emanations and convert entry, elevate theTSCIF from all corners to allow water runoff from dissipate and drain properly.
