Requirement is for security monitoring (24 hour) and systems support for existing customer software and hardware, emergency call out services, annual training/refresher training for new employees, and ensuring the connections are secure with reference to responsive connections to local police and fire departments. The requirement will also have three (3) Government option years. The requirement will also provide annual monitoring service, maintenance charges, annual testing, inspections, and training.
