*This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. All information submitted is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information gathered as a result of this notice.* The 131st Bomb Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, is seeking sources to provide conference space and lodging for a Base Chaplain's Strong Bonds event in the Branson/Ridgedale area of Missouri. Please see attached (draft) Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements. The event is tentative for March 2023, exact dates to be determined. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition is being considered for small business socioeconomic programs (i.e. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)) and Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 721110 with a SBA small business size standard of $35 million. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. It is anticipated this contract will use the Wide-Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing using electronic funds transfer.
