The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for Limited Source Justification (LSJ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4. OUSD(I&S) has a continuing need for technical, administrative and professional support services provided under contract number HQ003420F0361, JMARK Services, Inc. The current contracts expired October 31, 2025, and the Government intends to extend the current task order period of performance (POP) for continuity of services. The Government intends to award a sole source bridge contract to incumbent, JMARK for continuity of services while the Government works to award a competitive long-term, follow-on contract that is currently under protest as of June 2025. WHS/AD intends to award the follow-on contract by March 2026. Therefore, an extension will be required to continue services while the Government completes the procurement process. The extensions will be awarded as a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contract type, with a total value of $1,263,287.04 using Fiscal Year 25 Operation and Maintenance Funds. The POP will be extended from August 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
