A multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) connection is required for KuSS data forwarding from the KuSS service hub terminal or network operations center to two locations during the life of the contract. The Government may require surge support during the base or any option period, and surge modification will be within the scope of the contract and provide increased support for the defined task areas of the PWS.
