This is a non-personal service requirement that supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Centralized Verification Office (CVO). The purpose of the Defense Health Agency Centralized Credentials Verification Office (DHACCVO) is to provide a turn-key operation for credentialing support to the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities by gathering required credentials, performing Primary Source Verification (PSV) of applicable credentials, conducting databank queries, and entering all data into the Joint Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS).
