This is a Notice of Intent for the Government to negotiate a firm fixed price contract under authority of FAR 6.3 Other Than Full and Open Competition for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Course curriculum and completion cards. The American National Red Cross (ANRC) is the program of record and sole resuscitative provider for the required CPR and AED Course curriculum and completion certificates required under DHA PI 6000.03 dated 6 May 2021. The proposed action will use FY 2023 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds to acquire access to the ANRC learning management system, training curriculum and completion cards for an unlimited number of student training certificates.
