The proposed contract action is to procure up to 300 ATO/NGC XM914E1 30mm x 113mm Chain Guns (hereafter referred to as XM914E1), spares, training, and associated engineering services. ATO/NGC is the original equipment manufacturer of the XM914E1, there are no other sources available for this system, and no other supplies satisfy the agency’s requirements. The proposed contract action is to establish an IDIQ contract with one 60-month ordering period, to place delivery/task orders for the supplies and services described in the attached J&A.
