This Justification and Approval (J&A) is to extend the DHR Administrative Support Services Contract W9124J12D00092C01 at Fort Gordon for 3-months from 1 May 2019 through 31 July 2019 on an SOLE SOURCE basis. This extension is required to maintain continuity of services without any interruption while the Army responds to a GAO Protest. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 United States Code 2304(c)(2) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2 - Unusual and Compelling Urgency The proposed sole source will be a 3-month to LESCO. The contract type will remain a Firm Fixed Price. The requirement is to perform Administrative Support services, which shall include but not limited to providing all management, supervision, personnel, training, travel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
