The United Stated Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 13.5, Pall Corporation 25 Harbor Park Drive Port Washington, NY 11050, USA,as the only responsible source that PALL Biotech iCELLis Nano Single-Use, Fixed-Bed Bioreactor System which provides cell growth conditions for adherent cells and enables cell culture process simplification, from vial to product. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 are incorporated.
