This posting is to satisfy the requirements of FAR 6.305 Availability of the Justification. IAW FAR 6.305, this is the Government's Notice of Other Than Full and Open Competition for the award of a sole source. This Justification notice is to post the redacted and approved J&A. The 'award date' entered in this Justification notice reflects the date of this J&A posting (1 Nov 2023) to SAM.gov, the contract has not been awarded yet and thus does not have a final/official award date or PIIN. Related Notice: RFI/Sources Sought Notice ID RFI-RDKB-2023. RFI/Sources Sought to Industry originally posted 13 Oct 2022, and responses were due 14 Nov 2022. The RFI/Sources Sought detailed the Government was seeking information about alternate sources capable of providing the onsite resources required. Furthermore, it detailed if no source is found to be capable of providing the required site support to accomplish the AFRL/RDS mission, AFRL intends to solicit, negotiate and award a non-competitive contract under FAR 6.302-1. This Justification Notice will not pull the Related Notice (RFI-RDKB-2023) in the SAM.gov system, thus providing the information here in the description block.
