The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole-source contract modification to the incumbent contractor to add an additional node to the Real-Time Transfer Service (RTS) system. This node supports the Overhead Persistent Ground Architecture (OPGA) for missile warning, tracking, and defense, enabling a near-term scheduled capability demonstration and improving system resiliency. The work includes designing, developing, deploying, integrating, and testing the new node, alongside continued development, operations and sustainment, and studies for the existing RTS system. The period of performance is a two-year base period with up to two additional option years. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration, but the government retains discretion not to compete the requirement.
