This is a modification to a sole source bridge contract action under statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and Defense Federal Acquistion Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award to anyone other than the current contractor would not be in compliance with obtaining mandatory services on the Procurement List as well as resulting in a significant break in service and unacceptable delays in filling the agency's needs and requirements.
