The contractor shall conduct/provide the results of a comprehensive airspace study of R-2303A, R-2303B, R-2303C, Delegated Airspace North of R-2303 and Delegated Airspace South of R-2303 to the International Boundary. The intent of the study is to provide the Fort with a comprehensive examination of the airspace, including both manned and unmanned aircraft, allowing the Fort to better understand current airspace capability, and predict future capacity and potential conflict (saturation). The contractor must provide a single simulation model accounting for and incorporating all elements of all analyses conducted. This single simulation model must be able to synthesize all data without reliance on other applications or products. A series of simulation models will not meet requirements.
