Ordering Qty: 51 Max Ordering Qty: 1,000 End Item: M1A2 SEPV3 Abrams Tank Response Date: 07/31/2020 Requirements Description: The primary component in the Common Power Supply is the Common Power Supply Line Replaceable Module (LRM) Assembly (PN 12546259) a conduction cooled Common Power Supply, 3U VPX DC-DC, providing power and nuclear event circumvention for the VPX circuit card assemblies installed in the Mission Control Unit (MCU), Hull Control Unit (HCU), and Turret Control Unit (TCU). The major function of the assembly is to convert the supplied input voltage (+28 (+/-0.5) Vdc) to output voltages (+3.3 Vdc (VS2), +5 Vdc (VS3), +12 Vdc (VS1), -12Vdc (AUX), per VITA 62 format, in addition to +15 Vdc and -15 Vdc outputs). The Common Power Supply LRM is a critical item for the Abrams M1A2 SEPV3 tank program. The Common Power Supply LRM Assembly shall meet all development and qualification requirements specified in document SC-SA21007. The Container (PN 19980-2601) can hold the Common Power Supply and has a pocket for two units of Desiccant.
