Regional Contracting Office Miami in support of USSOUTHCOM is seeking information on interested contractors that can meet the requirements of the attached (Draft) Performance Work Statement. This RFI is requested under NAICS 541611. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Army Agency (RCO Miami) is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept any unsolicited quotes/proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. The primary scope of work includes IT support services, database development, system management, systems integration/administration, customer service, support/training to end users and program management support for two programs, TCA and USSOUTHCOM Debit Card. The information management system, CTIMS, is a program management tool which includes real-time financial data. It consists of a series of interrelated databases used by the U.S. Government on a daily basis. Under this contract, systems (i.e. GFEBS, TED, SOCIUM, C2IE, DDS) are to be integrated with CTIMS. The system, CTIMS, must sustain 100% accountability of funds and information for auditing purposes. CTIMS will be maintained to provide accurate data on demand in support of the J8 Directorate. The proposed contract is anticipated to start May 2022 through April 2023 (Base Period), plus four 12-month Option Periods. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a capability statement (white papers). White papers: white paper shall provide administrative information, and shall include the following as a minimum: - Name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail of designated point of contact. - Business type (Large, Small, 8(a) etc.) - Security clearance of the Offeror - Limited to 5 pages explaining Offerors capability in meeting specified requirements within PWS.
