No contract award will be made based off any response to this notice. SCOPE OVERVIEW The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform repairing and upgrading switchgear components as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. A draft PWS is attached in this sources sought notice. SET-ASIDE The government has not yet determined the capability of small businesses to fulfill the specifics of the requirement. Information regarding interested parties’ size statuses is requested in response to this sources sought. CONTRACT TYPE The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR part 13 and FAR part 12 procedures. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for this requirement. MANDATORY SOURCE DETERMINATION The government has not determined if all of the requested products and services can be fulfilled on a mandatory source. Information regarding sources is requested in response to this sources sought. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following: 1. Interest Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in apotential future contract of a similar nature and scope 2. Capability Interested parties shall submit a relevant capability statement or narrative showingthey have capabilities to perform a contract of this scope Interested parties may submit a draft quote for market research purposes only 3. Additional Information, Questions, and Feedback Interested parties may submit questions regarding the requirement and/or industry feedback on the contents of the draft PWS The government requests information regarding interested parties’ size statuses The government requests information regarding potential mandatory sources for the requested supplies and services Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought notice via email to Mr. Daniel Kuchar (daniel.kuchar@us.af.mil) and Mr. Casey Hupton (casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil) no later than 19 August 2025 at 11:00 AM CDT.
