The primary purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to identify interested and capable small business sources in all socioeconomic categories in order to determine whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond via email directly to the POC shown. At a minimum, a response must include: 1. INARNGDIGITALMARKETING in the subject line. 2. Whether you intend to provide a quote, if a solicitation is issued. 3. Your affirmation of your company’s ability to provide the services listed below. 4. Small business status. 5. CAGE code or Sam Unique ID. Indiana Army National Guard is looking for service to fulfill lacking social/digital marketing in order to increase impressions, awareness, and overall leads of people interested in joining the Indiana Army National Guard. Targeted campaigns on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, SEO, Snapchat, etc. in order to amplify certain demographics for recruiting. Focus on female and minority demographics to increase recruiting market share. Provide real time analytics on social and digital media advertising purchases to route funding to appropriate mediums to increase leads. Provide lead mapping and customer journey touchpoints to create a funnel of qualified applicants ready to join the Indiana Army National Guard. Collect and categorize leads by zip codes in order to distribute to assigned recruiter for that area. Develop posting plans and build up to events that happen locally in order to increase awareness for recruiting and retention events. Highlight internal messages and events to reach current recruiters and members of the Indiana Army National Guard Can you provide daily analytics reports on posts, engagements, impressions, leads, and other metrics? Can you provide a minimum of 100 QMA leads a month? Do you have the capability to create all graphics, messages, and ads for multiple social/digital media platforms? Can you Create a 30-60-90 day posting plan to amplify current messaging of the leadership for the Indiana Army National Guard? This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/lnvitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued.
