It is equipped with men’s and women’s restrooms, office space, a room that could be used as an IT room, and a large and open training/classroom space. All septic and water lines, electrical power lines, telephone and internet connections, have been removed, and/or disconnected. The structure consists of four separate trailers assembled to create one large structure, consisting of two (2) individual sections 12X48 and two (2) 14X48- Unit serial numbers are 448053077, 448053076, 248053078 and 248053074 manufactured by ATCO Structures (USA) INC, Manufacture date is 2005. The structure was assembled on a hill and leveled utilizing bricks. The leveling blocks are not part of the structure, and are not included in the removal requirements. The towing capabilities are removed as well as the brackets for axles. The fixed A/C units on each trailer are part of the sale, as are the toilets, sinks, and urinals found in the restrooms, and the one hot water heater (pictured). A/C units and the hot water heater have not been tested, and no warranty is implied as to serviceability. Items sold as quantity of one, even though four assembled structures. The structures will not be disassembled and sold separately. Sold as-is, where-is, and all-or none.
